Old News at Ramsbury.com 2001
14 December 2001 - We have had a delay in publishing the diary this month because it was not available from the Amenity Group until today. We are exploring alternative ways of publishing the diary on the Ramsbury.com site so that up to date information is always available.
Various minor mamendments have been made to many of the pages. If you see any errors, glitches or omissions, do let us know.
Meanwhile, to all our visitors, a Merry Christmas from all of us at Ramsbury.com!!
4 November 2001 - New Ramsbury & Axford Parish Council pages have been added! Here you can find contact details for all the current parish councillors and the minutes of the Parish Council meetings in the year to date. The minutes are in Adobe Acrobat PDF format.
November editions of the diary and calendar are now available. At the moment, we are keeping all the old Village Diary and Calendar pages (right back to 1998). We are thinking of removing either some of the old calendars or both old diary pages and calendars. What do you think? How long should we keep old issues on the site? Please let us know your views either using our Feedback facility or by email to Feedback@Ramsbury.com.

15 October 2001 - Peter Raper (Crown Computer Systems Limited) has developed the Ramsbury.com site from scratch up to its present advanced state over the last three or four years. During this time, he has also had to maintain the content. The Village is greatly indebted to him for his tremendous enthusiasm and skill, producing a web-site which is attractive, popular and informative.
Edward Judge (PC Care) has now taken on some of the work involved in the update and evolution of the community pages in Ramsbury.com on behalf of Ramsbury Parish Council. This should allow Peter to concentrate on further development of site features and relieve him of the monthly chore of keeping the community pages content up to date.
This month, the October diary and calendar have been added as PDF pages. The September pages are also available via the list of back numbers on the Diary page. You will need an Acrobat Reader to view these - if you don't have one, click on the link to the Acrobat site to obtain a free down-load. Also, for those keen historians amongst you, the links on the November 1999 diary have been sorted. We are next planning to fill in some of the missing back numbers between March 2000 and August 2001.
The list of village contacts and various links to other web sites have been updated. If you see information which needs updating or links that do not work, please let us know using the feedback feature or e-mail us at feedback@ramsbury.com
Old news 2001 has been added to contain news items from the current year which have lost their immediate relevance.
4 July 2001 - We've now got the July diary and calendar in PDF format. We're also experimenting with an interactive calendar and a discussion forum. If you would like to set up your own discussion group or become a moderator in the forum, please try it out and leave a message there or email Forum Admin.
While I'm waiting for the June Diary to turn up (possibly in pdf format), I'm adding a link to the Election News on the Ramsbury.com home page. I've also tidied up the link to the site statistics too. Click on the link to see how few visitors we've had in the last year.
4 June 2001 - Hello Everybody!! That was rather a long gap between updates. Thanks to everyone who has contacted me in the last year.
