A few copies of the new edition are still available.
First published privately in 1986, and reprinted that year, this book has been out of print for a number of years. A new reprint is now available. It is the same hardback with jacket as before.

Initially copies are only available from the author. Those with children may care to consider ordering copies for them to have as a memento of their childhood. It is unlikely there will be another reprint.
