Most of our tenants stay long-term which is something we encourage by offering longer term tenancies after the initial introductory period. The rental income we receive plays a key role in enabling us to maintain and improve our properties, some of which date from the mid-18th Century.

Most of our properties are located in rural positions in and around the market towns of Hungerford and Marlborough. Being rural they generally boast good sized gardens and we allow our tenants to keep pets as long as they are kept under control and do not cause a nuisance.
